Save harvard yiddish

Harvard intends to turn Preceptor (the current Yiddish instructor's title) into a 3-year gig, calling it renewable but setting impossible minimum enrollment and TA supervision requirements. Harvard claims that it is solving the problem; it actually intends to make things worse. It will punish endangered languages for being endangered!
